Job Description
TowHaul is seeking a high caliber and highly detailed person for the position of Welder / Fabricator. This important position performs the fit-up and welding of various products. Salary: DOE
Requirements
- Practice safe work habits at all times
- Fit-up components for welding according to specifications
- Weld components in various positions (flat, vertical, horizontal & overhead)
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover discontinuities and defects
- Maintain equipment in a condition that minimizes down-time and does not compromise safety
- Set-up & break-down of parts and assemblies for paint
- Practice 5S (Sort, Set-in Order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain) in assigned work area
- Continuously improve processes and standards related to the Welder / Fabricator position
