We are looking for a motivated municipal engineer to shape the future of municipalities in the Centre-du-Québec region. The role involves providing technical support to municipalities, managing projects, designing municipal infrastructure, and preparing funding requests and tenders.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in civil engineering or construction engineering
- Possess a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience related to municipal engineering or in any other similar function
- Possess excellent knowledge of regulations and standards in the field of municipal infrastructure and municipal regulation
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
- Have knowledge of good practices in contract management, project management, procurement and tendering processes, and financial aid programs for infrastructure work
- Be a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec
- Have completed the construction site safety training (ASP construction)
- Know Microsoft Office and MS Project
