Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customs Clearance team as a Clearance Administrator. As a Clearance Administrator, you will be responsible for updating package tracking files, contacting customers and government agencies, and preparing customs data and paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements
- Administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Experience or working knowledge of key clearance-related principles, processes and regulatory requirements
- Customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to make sound numerical decisions within tight time deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Microsoft Office and PC skills
