Job Description
We are seeking a visionary leader to build and manage our new AI Product Security & MLOps team in Krakow. This team's mission is to enable business-focused development teams to build and deploy secure AI products by embedding security directly into the MLOps lifecycle.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and grow a specialized team of security engineering advisors, seniors, and analysts.
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for AI product security, focusing on integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline and developer workflows.
- Oversee the team's primary responsibilities: Secure MLOps Integration, Secure AI Patterns, Model Monitoring & Logging, Developer Support, and Engage with product development, platform engineering, and SOC leadership to ensure alignment on security posture and incident response.
