Job Description
As HRIS Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HR systems and data processes. You will maintain and optimize the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, create and manage reports and dashboards, and support data-driven HR decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in HRIS or HR data management, preferably with Workday or similar platforms
- Comfortable with data analytics tools like Power BI and open to learning new technologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process focus
- Good communication skills to translate technical info into user-friendly language
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus
