Field Sales Manager

Fedway Associates is seeking a Field Sales Manager based out of our Basking Ridge, New Jersey office. The Field Manager will oversee and lead the activities of a sales team, motivating and encouraging the sales team to ensure quotas are met.

Requirements

• Hires and trains sales staff
• Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of sales representatives
• Conducts coaching and performance plans
• Handles discipline and termination of employees per company policy
• Conducts weekly and monthly sales team meetings
• Provides leadership to a sales team
• Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met
• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences
• Develops Key Account Relationships
• Resolves customer complaints and other issues
