Software Engineer - Customer Success

Feedzai is the world's first RiskOps platform for financial risk management. The Customer Success Engineering team works directly with clients to ensure a smooth delivery of the product. As a Software Engineer in the Customer Success organisation, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of the product.

Requirements

• BS or MS in computer science, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience
• 2y+ experience in Java software development or other modern language
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Client engagement experience and ability to work with a client in a consultative manner
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
