Job Description
The Oracle Application Manager will lead the technical management, integration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for Feeser’s. This role is responsible for the architecture, configuration, and support of all Oracle cloud modules, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions.
Requirements
- Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, SCM, WMS, OTM, EPM, etc.) and related PAAS/SAAS solutions.
- Design, implement, and support integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems (EDI, 3PL, payroll, CRM, etc.), using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Oversee cloud environments, user provisioning, security roles, SSO, and network connectivity. Troubleshoot performance, latency, and access issues.
- Lead quarterly Oracle updates, regression/UAT testing, and production cutovers. Manage environments, sandbox refreshes, and technical documentation.
- Ensure data integrity, master data management, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Serve as the escalation point for Oracle SRs, technical incidents, and integration failures. Liaise with Oracle supports managed services partners.
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical training and documentation for end users and super users.
