Rebate Coordinator

The Rebate Coordinator is responsible for management and maintenance of all rebates from set-up through month-end billing, working closely with vendors and Sales and Purchasing Teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of all rebates.

Requirements

• Oversee the entire rebate process, from setup to tracking sales and ensuring accurate rebate issuance
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of each customer's rebate agreements, amounts, and effective dates
• Serve as the point of contact for all rebate-related matters between accounts payable, sales, marketing, vendors, and customers.
