Job Description
The Warehouse Maintenance Technician will provide hands-on support for all aspects of maintaining the facility and equipment of the warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Performing preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Making routine plumbing repairs
- Dock door and dock plate repairs and maintenance
- Routine carpentry work
- Making minor grounds and landscape irrigation repairs
- Assisting with major site renovations, new construction, and special projects
