Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a metalworker, carpenter, or other craft training
• Alternatively, good craftsmanship without training
• Technical understanding and spatial imagination
• Accuracy, reliability, team ability
• Independent work with engagement
• Good eye for quality and cleanliness
