Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer service to clients and maintaining positive relationships with them.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required, experience in a call center or related environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while utilizing multiple computer programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required
