Job Description
Our dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, have a strong track record in the automotive industry, and focus on providing efficient and effective vehicle servicing.
Requirements
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome.
- Diagnose vehicle issues with strong communication skills.
- Provide detailed repair recommendations.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Valid driver's license
