Controls Engineer

Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to manage and oversee all controls and electrical systems within their Cambridge, Massachusetts plant. This is a leadership position with direct reports, responsible for mentoring, training, and managing a team of Plant Electricians.

Requirements

• Design, build and maintain electrical/electronic systems and equipment
• Oversee and manage site's electrical department
• Mentor and manage team of Plant Electricians
• Provide training to internal personnel as necessary
• Troubleshoot and adjust PLC and HMI programs
• Electrically tune and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation
