We are seeking a Creative Coordinator with a strong understanding of performance marketing, creator and production talent sourcing and management, and production workflows to join our team. Reporting to the associate creative director, you will collaborate closely with our team of strategists, designers, video editors, and content creators to bring concepts to life. This role requires exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills, as you will manage a high volume of creative under tight timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in creative project management, production, or operations
- Proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment
- Experience in the Performance Marketing industry is a huge plus
- Extremely organized and can manage a variety of creative requests and deliverables
- Strong project management skills and exceptional communication skills
- Strict adherence to industry regulations and legal requirements
- Self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Obsesses over details and has a genuine passion for continuously optimizing the production processes
- Kind and empathetic, and genuinely excited about the possibilities in the healthcare space
