Job Description
FĂ©lix is building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. and is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the New Bets product line. The role involves full end-to-end ownership, execution, and growth of new product initiatives, including TUBP and P2P transfers. As a high-agency "founder" within the company, the candidate will coordinate cross-functionally with the Conversational Experience squad and drive the execution, growth, and scalability of these new bets.
Requirements
- Analytical Background: Proven experience in high-impact analytical roles.
- High Agency: Self-starter with a "founder" mindset and a relentless bias for action.
- Technical & Analytical: Fluent in data/metrics and comfortable working closely with Engineering and Design.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional end-to-end problem-solving skills.
- Product Intuition: Strong consumer product sense, specifically in mobile or conversational interfaces (WhatsApp/Chat-based UX).
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership and navigate complex cross-functional dependencies.
