Félix is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the charge in automating the company from the inside out, creating scalable, production-grade AI agents that move the needle on business KPIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience
• Proven AI Curiosity and passion for AI
• Pragmatic Execution and experience shipping products in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management and analytical skills
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) and technical literacy
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (plus)
