Lead Product Designer

Fellow is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own design direction across all of Fellow's product areas. The role involves delivering strong visual design, interaction design, and motion design, and managing and mentoring two designers on the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product design experience with clear career progression.
• An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates depth across visual design, UI/UX, interaction design, and motion/animation.
• Experience working on product-led growth surfaces: signups, onboarding, activation, and hands-on user engagement at scale.
• Startup experience and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you wear multiple hats.
• AI-native mindset: you are eager to continuously learn new tools, techniques, and ways of working.
• Experience managing or mentoring other designers.
