Financial Analyst, FP&A (Future Opportunities)

The individual will be responsible for end-to-end financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, and will have the opportunity to interact closely with the Asset Management and Reporting teams. The role will also involve ownership of projects' financial and compliance requirements, working with the Value Creation & Asset Management team to manage operational financial models, and maintaining monthly performance reporting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
• Further education and/or working towards finance/accounting designations
• Strong excel modelling and analytical skills
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in development, corporate, or real estate accounting or FP&A
• Experience with PowerBI dashboarding and Yardi or another asset management/ERP system is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, proactive nature, and team player
