The Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives role blends strong analytical rigor with strategic insight to evaluate new investment opportunities, support the Alternative Solutions portfolio, and advance critical Family Office reporting and planning activities.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA or MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a professional services, investment management firm or equivalent.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of investment principles and portfolio management; exposure to alternative investments is an asset.
- High financial acumen with proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with reporting tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and present information to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
