Job Description
The Vice President, Healthcare Value Creation & Asset Management will oversee and manage various duties including interfacing with operating partners, leasing and renewal initiatives, project development, and business plan implementation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive work experience in U.S. healthcare real estate and asset management
- Undergraduate degree, post-graduate degree, or MBA in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Accounting
- Experience in project development, asset management, and/or construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Argus Enterprise, and other related software
- Flexibility and adaptability regarding work assignments and willingness to travel
