Job Description
Fennies Nurseries is seeking a highly committed and passionate Nursery Assistant to support children's wellbeing and a positive learning environment. The role involves building relationships with children, colleagues, and families, and contributing to a supportive team. This is a 4-day or 5-day week position with potential for flexible hours.
Requirements
- Show unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of children.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and leadership.
- Demonstrate ambition and a passion for excellence.
- A Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
