Requirements
- Passion for Early Years Education
- Knowledge of EYFS
- Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare
- A minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
