Job Description
Fennies Nurseries is seeking a passionate and committed Nursery Room Leader to join their team in Croydon. The role requires leading high-quality practice, supporting children's development, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. Candidates should be self-aware, collaborative, and driven for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to leading high-quality practice.
- Ability to build strong collaboration with colleagues and families.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Valid Level 2/3 Childcare qualification.
- C/4 grade in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
