Job Description
Fennies Nurseries is seeking a passionate and committed Nursery Room Leader to provide high-quality care and a positive environment for young children. The role involves leading a team, supporting children's development, and ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Successful candidates will show enthusiasm, drive continuous improvement, and value others' perspectives.
Requirements
- Passion for Early Years Education
- Knowledge of EYFS
- Qualified & Experienced (Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare, minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English)
- Build Strong Relationships with Children and Families
