Master's in Social Work/Mental Health Counseling & LCSW/LMHC license. Knowledge of assessment methods and treatment modalities. Must be eligible for state licensure
Per Diem - Mammography Technician
Requires MA RT and Mammography licenses & ARRT certification. Associate in Radiologic Tech & mammography certification. Must have EMR proficiency and 2+ years experience (preferred)
Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Med/Peds
MD or DO degree, MA license, board certification in internal medicine/pediatrics, AAHIVM credentials or ability to obtain
Medical Assistant
High school diploma/GED required. EMT/MA certification and current CPR are essential. Teamwork and professionalism are important
Per Diem Provider (NP, PA, DO or MD)
MD/DO/NP/PA license. Requires current MA license, DEA and Controlled Substances Registration. Prior experience in primary care (3+)
Registered Nurse, Part-Time
Associate's degree in nursing and current RN license are required. Must have CPR certification and be proficient in communication and computer skills
Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine
MD/DO, MAS license, board certification in family/internal medicine. AAHIVM credentials are required. Commitment to diversity and inclusion
LPN, Part-Time
Current LPN license & CPR are required. Must be able to work with diverse populations and demonstrate teamwork skills
Primary Care NP or PA - Family Medicine
Must be NP/PA licensed in MA, committed to culturally competent care, and passionate about equity. 2+ yrs experience as an NP/PA in primary care preferred. Commitment to diversity and inclusion is vital
Medical Assistant, Part-Time
HS Diploma/GED required. Actively pursue EMT or CMA certification. CPR & CLIA proficiency essential
