Job Description
Fenway Health is seeking a dynamic Psychotherapist to join their Behavioral Health team. The position focuses on providing culturally competent behavioral health care to a diverse adult population, with a client-centered approach and integrated primary care model. Therapist will provide direct clinical services including assessments, therapy, and advocacy in areas like mental illness, substance use recovery, and related issues. This role requires at least 2 days of on-site work.
Requirements
- Master's in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- LCSW or LMHC license
- Proficiency in mental health assessment/evaluation
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
- Ability to work with diverse clients and documentation
- Willingness to contribute to anti-racism and promote equity
