Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level corporate associates
• 3+ years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice
• Focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation
• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
