Requirements

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
