Job Description
Ferguson is seeking an Installation Coordinator to develop and maintain relationships with customers, collaborate with sales teams, and ensure satisfaction with products and services. Responsibilities include reviewing and modifying work orders, contacting customers for scheduling, and receiving and processing customer advocacy.
Requirements
- Prior installation coordinating experience and routing/scheduling software is strongly preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with both internal and external customers
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
