Inventory Strategy Manager - Supply Chain

As an Inventory Strategy Manager - Supply Chain, you will lead the Integrated Planning team for department-wide initiatives, own inventory strategy and project execution, and create alignment across cross-functional teams. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, inventory planning, or supply chain leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Experience supporting new facility launches or large-scale inventory builds preferred
• Strong financial acumen related to inventory investment and working capital
• Advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills
• High level of communication and presentation capability
