Sales Support Representative

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to support customer needs, deliver personalized customer service, and learn the business from the ground up. Responsibilities include working with sales associates, coordinating deliveries, answering sales calls, and using CRM and phone systems. Qualifications include 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience, experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is preferred, and strong skills in sales, customer service, and time management.
