Requirements

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs
• Ensure delivery of personalized customer service
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls for general information and address customer concerns or questions
• Effective use of CRM system and phone system
• 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience in plumbing, appliance, or lighting a plus
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong sales skills, including ability to upsell
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
