Sales Support Representative

Ferguson is seeking a Sales Support Representative to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades
• Strong sales skills, including ability to upsell
• Quickly learn product knowledge and processes
• Digital literacy including Microsoft Office
