Sales Support Representative - HVAC

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who will work together with Sales associates to support customer needs, determine best products and solutions, and provide personalized customer service. The role involves answering sales calls, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely quotations and accurate sales orders.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
