Requirements
- Execute innovative and authentic Italian menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary creativity
- Be a valued member of our kitchen team, maintain a collaborative and positive work environment
- Train and develop your culinary techniques, food safety standards, and adherence to recipes and plating guidelines
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality throughout all kitchen areas
- Proven experience as a Chef de Parti in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant
- In-dept knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients and culinary techniques
- Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your teammembers
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
