Job Description
Ferman Service Technician are highly-trained professionals who possess exceptional mechanical skills and thrive on learning and understanding the sophisticated technology behind today's complex vehicles.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and/of Lead Technician
- Coordinate with Parts Department
- Perform basic computerized including programming and coding
- Have proper time management skills for warranty documentation/payment
- Ability to replace commonly failed engine parts
- Be certified for warranty repairs
- Accurately document all repairs and/or testing
- Maintain clean work area
- Maintain on-going training and standards education
- Work effectively in a team-based system
