Mechanical Technicians - Installation

Fermilab is seeking a Mechanical Technician II to join their Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) and Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) Project team in Lead, South Dakota. The position involves providing technical support for mechanical systems and equipment, working on a rotating shift schedule, and performing physical tasks at elevation.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or technical certificate or equivalent)
• 3+ years of relevant general technical experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical work in a complex scientific or industrial environment
