Job Description

You will supervise and coordinate installation work on site, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines in Zaragoza or Madrid. Requirements
- Professional degree in Installation of Buildings, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing or similar
- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Installation Manager in building projects
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, electricity, fire detection, telecommunications)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret plans and technical specifications
- Knowledge of applicable regulations for building installations
- Ability to lead teams, organize work and make decisions in the on-site environment
- Strong orientation to safety, quality and meeting deadlines
- Availability to work in Zaragoza or Madrid, depending on the assigned project location
- Driver's license and own vehicle desirable
