Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Positive and collaborative approach
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Degree qualification in civil engineering or equivalent
- Preferably experience in the design and/or engineering management of Railway Infrastructure
- Preferably knowledge of HS2 processes and standards
- Ability to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
- Good commercial understanding of contracts, procurement routes and risk management
- Excellent communication skills
