Foreman

Manage and assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision. Assist in day to day production of projects, exhibit a high level of safety consciousness, and provide leadership to others through example.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience managing crews on highway projects
• Lift, push, or pull and move up to seventy (70) pounds
• Climb, kneel, twist, and bend in a various environments
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
• Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
• Valid driver license for occasional, required travel
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables
• Ability to physically maneuver by foot minor obstacles at construction projects
• Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind
