The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Contribute to Cost/Value Reconciliations and End-of-Life Cost Reporting.
- Prepare, submit, and agree interim valuations, final valuations, final accounts, and subcontractor final accounts.
- Oversee subcontractor payments, certification, and financial administration.
- Lead cost monitoring and reporting activities.
- Manage NEC contract administration including early warnings, compensation events, and commercial records.
- Support dispute resolution and advise on contractual redress.
- Prepare subcontract scopes, packages, and tender documentation.
- Maintain effective commercial relationships with subcontractors to optimise value and service quality.
- Submit Applications for Payment to the Client and engage regularly with the Client team.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure alignment and integration of commercial processes.
- Conduct routine site visits to verify records, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decisionāmaking.
- Ability to contribute to seniorālevel discussions on strategy and issue resolution.
