Webber - Maintenance Technician - Facilities - Infrastructure Management

The Maintenance Technician-Facilities is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on and within network facilities. This includes ensuring lighting, plumbing, sanitary sewer systems, and potable water facilities remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role also involves inspecting alarm systems, pest control, and responding to emergencies.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• At least four (4) or more years of progressively increased experience in painting, texturing, floating, finishing, wall repairs, sheet metal repair, and carpentry work
• Two years' experience as a Maintenance Technician-Facilities in industrial / commercial environment (Required)
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (Required)
