UX Copywriter

Ferryscanner is looking for a UX Copywriter to craft clear and intuitive user experiences through words, shaping the experience of millions of travelers using our platform.

Requirements

• Write clear and concise UX copy across Ferryscanner’s platform
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Content and SEO Specialists, Frontend team, Designers and Engineers
• Translate complex product functionality into simple and user-friendly language
• Ensure consistency of tone of voice and terminology across the product
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of content guidelines and UX writing standards
• Participate in product discovery, design reviews, and testing processes
• Use user insights, data, and A/B testing to iterate and improve copy
• Work with the marketing and customer success teams when product content intersects with user communication
• Continuously improve the clarity, accessibility, and usability of the product experience
