Job Description
Fessler & Bowman, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Estimator to join their team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for successful bidding of projects, from initial bid review and analysis to hand-off to the Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of construction experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least five (5) years of construction experience
- Proficient in using Bid2Win estimating software or similar tool(s)
- Estimating medium-to-large commercial and industrial projects
- Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
