Lead AI & Software Engineer

We are building a new AI innovation team and need a Lead AI & Software Engineer to co-lead the team and shape the next generation of AI-powered automation. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and requires strong experience in Python, C++, and machine learning model deployment in production systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related field
• 8+ years experience in software engineering or AI system development
• Strong experience in Python and C++
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production systems
• Experience designing scalable software architectures
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and distributed systems
• Experience with embedded AI or edge computing
• Experience in robotics, automation, or control systems
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects
• Open-source contributions or research publications
