Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Leadership Development & Talent Management Intern for a six-month internship starting in March 2026. Responsibilities include participating in international projects, creating communication materials, and taking on sub-projects within the team.
Requirements
- Study in economics/social sciences, business administration, psychology, or a comparable course
- First-hand practical experience through an internship or work-student activity
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Funded user knowledge in MS Office products
- Enthusiasm for HR work, team ability, and communication strength
- Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working method
- High commitment and good organizational skills
