Job Description
The Talent Acquisition department is looking for a Practicum student to support employer branding and personal marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a background in business administration, ideally with a focus on personnel or marketing, and has prior experience in the field. The student will work on various projects, including personnel and university marketing measures, HR social media activities, and recruiting and company contact fairs.
Requirements
- Study business administration with a focus on personnel or marketing, or a comparable course of study
- Prior experience in the personnel or marketing department
- Good German and English language skills in writing and speech
- Careful, structured, and proactive working style
- Very good communication skills and developed team ability
- High commitment, organizational talent, and joy in self-directed and creative work
- Valid driver's license (class B)
