Project Manager

Project Manager role leading international development projects, managing teams, planning, and controlling projects, with technical competencies in electronics engineering, computer science, or comparable qualification.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, computer science/software engineering or comparable qualification
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience as project manager of interdisciplinary project teams, international experience is beneficial
• Good knowledge of the product development process, experience with project management methods, experience with agile project management methods considered as advantage
• Very good IT skills - excellent command of MS Office, knowledge in SAP, MS Project/PM Software
• Experience with agile working methods and approaches, as well as certifications in the agile field
• Holistic thinking, analytical approach, excellent communication and moderation skills
• Fast learner, capable of familiarizing quickly with new topics
• Capable of making decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment
• Team player, able to work in a multicultural working environment
• Focused on the added value for the internal and/or external clients
• Thinking out of the box, creativity and continuous improvement attitude
• Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change and acquire new knowledge and skills
