• Definition of product requirements and ensuring their implementation in the product development process
• Interface function between customers, sales, development, and production
• Coordination of development projects with lead customers
• Implementation of product launch activities
• Identification and verification of future trends with major customers
• Participation in the definition of new product concepts
• Design and implementation of Product Competence Meetings
• Representation of Festo in industry associations
• Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term customer relationships
